Probably looks the same since they opened, which is part of the charm. It’s my understanding it’s family owned since the 80’s. I’ve been visiting on a fairly regular basis since the beginning of the year. If you are looking for a very friendly bar, with a super great staff and nicely priced drinks, this is the place! There are plenty of TVs for most sporting events happening. They also utilize TouchTunes for guests to play favorite songs. The menu is pretty solid with plenty of choices. I was just there recently had their soup of the day, which was hearty green pepper and wedge salad, both were great. This is one of my favorites places😊

Do not go here. They overcharged and could not provide a receipt. The chicken patties are better from Costco. We paid $90 for pop chicken tenders and 3 sandwiches. We went to Granite City in Schaumburg 2 days later and had the same bill and this included 2 alcohol drinks and an appetizer.

Nothing special about this place. Food and service is ok. My biggest beef is that it is cash only. No credit cards. I did not see anywhere that this was cash only. Had to use up the last of my cash and go to the bank the next day. Good thing a couple of us split the bill or I would not have had enough cash. I wonder if they pay their taxes?!?!?

This is definitely a local joint. Old men sitting at the bar watching the game in a low lit setting. Though I also saw two different large families gather here amongst the many TVs playing different games.
When you enter there is a strong smell of deep fryers. Though to me the smell was not that of freshly deep fried food, but of over used oil. This may just be due to the many years of frying this place has seen. It was in the twenties outside and we were cold at our booth so everyone had their coats on to be comfortable.
The food was good. I had the Reuben with onion rings.
The service suffered from the fact that the bar tender was also waiting on the tables. They did as well as they could.
