Amazing experience at Sullivans Steakhouse. Best steak we have ever had. First time and we will be back. The food was wonderful but more importantly the service was amazing. Our server Joel was everything you want in a high end meal. He killed it. I would request him upon return. The whole experience did not disappoint.

We visited Sullivan’s Steakhouse to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and arrived around 2:45 PM to take advantage of the lunch menu. Our first impressions were very positive—we were greeted immediately by the host and seated right away.
We chose the three-course lunch menu, which turned out to be an excellent value for an upscale restaurant. The food itself was very good, with solid portions and great flavor across the courses.
While our waitress was friendly, the service was noticeably slow. The restaurant was very quiet at the time, with only a few other tables seated, yet we often had to flag her down for drink refills and other requests. It appeared she was focused on bussing tables and preparing for dinner service, which may have contributed to the delays. There were long gaps between courses, and we weren’t sure if this was intentional pacing or simply slow service. Because of this, our lunch stretched on until a little after 6 PM.
One downside was a fruit fly that hovered around our table during dessert, which was off-putting.
Overall, the food quality and value of the lunch menu were strong, and the atmosphere was nice, but the slow service and minor cleanliness issue took away from what could have been a much better experience.

Had a great time. First time going to the location in Naperville but a fan of Sullivans in Raleigh, NC so had to try it out and it did not disappoint at all. Food and service were top notch. Shout outs for our server Erica and the manager, Abrianna. Great experience and definitely will be back when I’m next in the area.

This was our first time dining at Sullivan’s Steakhouse. The restaurant serves great steaks, and our server was especially attentive—she tried her very best to take care of our table. However, the restaurant seemed understaffed; servers had to cover many tables, and the kitchen took a very long time to bring out the food. If you plan to try this place, you may want to order everything at once and ask them to pace the courses(crazy!!!), as it took far too long for each course of the meal to arrive.

My husband and I recently dined here, and unfortunately the food didn't live up to our expectations. I was especially excited to order the ahi tuna steak, but it was surprisingly bland. When I think of a seared tuna steak, I expect a flavorful, seasoned crust with a nice texture on the outside while remaining rare in the center. Instead, it seemed only lightly cooked with ZERO seasoning and lacked the sear I was hoping for. If you look up seared ahi tuna steak you’ll find every recipe is a crispy tuna steak with some sort of sesame crust.
The sides were also disappointing. The Brussels sprouts were underseasoned and could have benefited from more caramelization for flavor. The lobster mashed potatoes were the biggest letdown—they were watery, bland, and reminded me of instant mashed potatoes. The lobster on top was fine, but it didn't make up for the texture and lack of flavor in the potatoes.
On a positive note, our server was wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and even brought us a complimentary bite of steak and dessert, which we appreciated. And my husband enjoyed his steak. That’s the only reason I gave two stars.
Overall the food simply didn't meet our expectations, especially for the price.
