Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and offering excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was cooked to perfection, from the juicy, tender steaks to the flavorful sides. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were rich and memorable.

We had a magnificent meal here. The food today was the equal of any top Chicago steakhouse. We’ve always loved the atmosphere at Sullivan’s and especially the music. There’s enough noise to keep it exciting but not so much that you have to yell across the room like some of their competitors.
What really set our meal apart tonight, however, was the service experience. The back of the house did a great job with the food, but the front of the house was especially attentive and wonderful to us all. Evan, our server, was absolutely exemplary and we could not have asked for better service during our meal.
Now that Sullivan’s has valet parking, which it didn’t when it first opened many years ago, this is a place we will frequent more and more in the coming years.

Our server, Ian was wonderful. Attentive, but did not rush us at all. It was our 21st wedding anniversary and we very much needed this magical, cooked to perfection dinner. Thankful for such a great anniversary dinner thanks to our awesome server and the chef!

It had been years since our last dining experience at Sullivan’s and decided to try it again to celebrate a special birthday for lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was mediocre at best and offered minimal seasonings. Even the butter with the bread could have used some salt. It was all edible but not very enjoyable or satisfying. Our server Jairo was a delight and we wished we liked the food better. Timing for dining especially at lunch could also improve. Didn’t plan for a two hour lunch.

We had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Sullivan’s Steakhouse. From the moment we were seated, our server Evan made the night truly exceptional. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable — striking the perfect balance of being present without ever being intrusive. You could tell he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great evening.
The food was outstanding. Our steaks were cooked exactly to the temperatures we ordered, and the seasoning was spot-on — rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. Every bite was delicious. Even the sides and appetizers had that extra level of care and quality you hope for at a top-tier steakhouse.
Evan anticipated everything we needed throughout the meal, always checking in at just the right moments and making us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. His professionalism and friendly demeanor elevated the entire experience.
We left completely satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit. Sullivan’s has clearly set a high bar — and Evan is a big part of why we’ll be back!
