    I’ve been a regular Rosati’s customer for years, ordering at least twice a month, but this experience was by far the worst. I placed an order for two thin crust pizzas and a coupon deal (pizza, wings, and a liter of soda for $39.99). The pizzas arrived 1.5 hours later (after being told it would be under an hour) and were thick crust, uncut instead of the standard thin crust I’ve always received. The wings were another disaster. I requested bone-in (which the lady said she’d honor as a favor) and they arrived half-cooked, gooey, and literally swimming in Italian dressing. When I called to clarify, I was told that “Italian dressing” is their garlic Parmesan sauce – which is a stretch at best. When I asked to speak to a manager (I believe her name was Sarah), she immediately got defensive. Instead of listening, she blamed me, saying Rosati’s has over 10 crust types and that I should have been “specific” about wanting traditional thin crust. I’m sorry, but when someone says “thin crust” at Rosati’s, that’s always been square-cut, traditional thin – not thick pan pizza. Her “solution”? To note my account. No apology, no accountability – just an attitude. When I brought up the wings being undercooked, she snapped back that I was “complaining after she did me a favor” by honoring the coupon. To top it off, she started the call by claiming this was my “first order” despite the fact that she greeted me by name when I placed it and I order regularly. For the record: I wasn’t looking for a freebie. I tipped nearly half the bill upfront because I appreciate good service. What I expected was accountability and basic customer service, and I got neither. After this experience, I checked their online reviews – and sure enough, they rarely go above 2 stars. Now I understand why. If this is the “management” representing Rosati’s, it’s no wonder.

    My friends and I go to driving classes near this place and we went almost every day the past 4 weeks. The lady that works at the front everyday is so nice, and very quick with orders. Great customer service, friendly workers, and even better pizza. Thanks for the great memories!

    The woman there thinks she knows better my job and knows my contract better than me and was asking for a pizza bag that she say uber gave to me, uber don’t even give drivers a thank you, and it isn’t uber policy at all. It’s ridiculous when workers at fast food restaurants pretend they’re above you. Edit: by reading the reviews I see why this woman lied to me in my face, this is for customers: don’t order a pizza from places more than 10 miles away from you. A little common sense would fix that issue.

    The so called "manager" Alex is unprofessional and does not care about the quality of the food coming from this establishment. To the owner "Abe" I feel bad for you, man. I've loved rosatis since I was a kid and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. Clearly this place is going downhill. Just look at the other reviews. My deep dish pizza had holes in the crust, so whoever made my pizza got lazy and patched it up with other pieces of dough. It was also half cut, lopsided undercooked & burnt all at the same time. Get that kid out of that kitchen.

    I placed an order at approximately 10:57 am and the guy who took my call stated it would be about an hour and a half. So, I decided to proceed with the order. Now, it’s way past the time and I called back speaking to the same person(Alex) he was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked about my order and he stated “oh the driver went to drop off an order at the hospital and it takes them a long time to come out.” I stated maybe he should’ve delivered to me first. That very rude and uncivilized guy Alex stated “maybe next he will not take my order.” He’s definitely in the wrong line of work… he needs to be in a warehouse or something! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS ROSATI’S AGAIN!!! I wish I could get in contact with the owner.
