Amazing curly fries, some of the best out there. Gyro meat is on point with the sauce. Staff is very friendly, efficient, and curtious. Great lunch spot.

This was our first visit to Patelli’s and it definitely won’t be our last! The food and service was amazing! The ambiance was great for a diner too with some great wall art! My favorite was the sign on the bathroom door that says something like “employees must wash their hands, so should you but I’m not your momma”. 🤣
Patelli’s has an array of unique foods to try. We went with a Crispy BBQ Beef Roll, Crispy Philly Roll, Cheeseburger, pizza puffs and Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries for dine in. We also grabbed a Crispy Gyro Roll to go and it stayed hot AND crispy the hour drive home. All sandwiches accompanied by fresh cut fries and those were great too!
They even added a cute little message written on the to go bag “smile”. I thought that was a wonderful touch.
Again, everything was great! Look forward to returning and trying something else unique to their establishment.

I don’t know how this place has gotten so many good reviews. I’ve eaten at 3 different Patellis, and I haven’t felt I’ve gotten great value at any, but this is blatantly the worst. Everything about it just screams you’re paying too much. The interior looks like it was recently abandoned by another business and taken over without so much as fresh paint. I had the gyros meal, which I get at many joints like this. $14 is steep, but times being what they are post pandemic, I’m becoming resigned to it. HOWEVER, any other place I spend that on a gyro meal I receive a ton of meat and fries. Here, portion of meat is small by comparison, and you get a very small bag of fries. I don’t expect to still be hungry after spending $14 at a fast service place. Even the music playing - covers of adult contemporary classics, not even done by notable artists, but by some random singers with studio arrangements. And it’s not even functioning properly, with lots of breaks and crackling. Additionally, the front soda machine was apparently not working, so the staff has to get you refills if you want one. I could see where some people will choose to not bother, so I have to wonder if that’s intentional. And I know the suggestion on the napkin dispenser to wipe my hands on my clothes is supposed to be funny, but colored by everything else it just comes off as cheap.
Maybe it’s the high rent of a desirable location? Yeah, no. A small strip near an industrial area, not exactly the holy grail of locations.
I won’t be returning here, or likely any other Patellis now after this visit. I’ll go where I can get some value for what I spend, and where it feels like someone cares about my experience as much as their bottom line.
I didn’t include a photo of the gyros because they were gone before I even thought of writing this review, but here’s the bag the fries came in and a couple of examples of the condition of the restaurant.

The crispy roll is unique. It's fairly tasty but definitely unhealthy since it's fried. Worth a try? Yes. Maybe once.
I had both the crispy beef roll and chipotle roll. Chipotle roll is more spicy than the beef roll.
The place itself is not in great shape and smells a bit funky when you walk in. Okay for to-go orders but not great to sit here.
They offer 10% off if you pay in cash.

Ordered a gyro roll and cheese fries and they were so good! 10/10 Also, the positive affirmations written on the bags were something that I really appreciated and really needed today. Thank you, I appreciate you and your delicious food. Highly recommend!
