Had one of the absolute worst dining experiences of my life here when I took my family out here. I am a former server, and have never dreamed of leaving under 20% until this meal.
After ordering entrees in a less than busy restaurant we had to wait a bit. My dad asked the server what was up and was ignored, twice. Already annoyed, the food finally came out, and incorrectly/poorly. My burger had the wrong cheese on it, my mom’s sandwich had a WHITE tomato on it, my girlfriend's steak was undercooked.
I called it out the cheese to the server as politely as I could so he could let the kitchen/manager know or something and his reply was “little late now” because I had taken a couple bites of it in the 10 minute span between the food arriving and him checking in on us. The proper response is to any incorrect order is to be apologetic, not accusatory. After that, he came back to tell me he had taken 1 measly dollar off the bill which was just a further insult. I told him it wasn’t about the money but that they should know and he replied “no worries” as if I was bothering him with my incorrect order.
The manager, aware that things had gone wrong, never bothered to come over to our table.
Go to a real restaurant like Entourage right around the corner. Its pricier, but you’ll leave satisfied, not angry.

I passed by, noticed the restaurant and made a u-turn. I decided to stop in for a late lunch. There was plenty of parking. The restrooms wereclean and stocked. The place was quiet, perhaps it was just after lunch but before dinner. I ordered one of the lunch specials. I added a salad. The bread was very good, warm and was served with soft butter, which l appreciated. The steak, which l ordered medium well, was well done and tuff. That was disappointing because usually their food is pretty good, however I will give them another try.

The greeter Kennedy was amazing! definitely the highlight for our visit. She also came back and made sure that I had the veterans Day menu as well as some other things.
The rest of the experience could have been better. The food was okay, but my main concern during this visit was the service. Our server, Rose, seemed rushed and inattentive. My request for no bacon on my baked potato was missed, and my steak came back pink even though I asked for it to be cooked well-well done. My refill drink also was highly watered down, and there was some conflicting information on gift cards between the servers. Despite these issues, I still left a tip of over 20% based on the total of what I paid.
Kennedy was the only bright spot this visit.☀️

This was my first time at this one. My husband and I enjoyed the Canberra chopped steak with creamy mushroom sauce and cheesecake for dessert. We got the Aussie 3 course meal, which comes with an entree, a side, soup or salad, and cheesecake for $14.99. I really like the layout of this place more than the other locations. It's cozy and there was no wait when we got there when they opened. It was a much more enjoyable experience. Our waitress was really nice and friendly.

We haven't been to Outback in a while, trying not to eat out as much. We received a gift card for Christmas and stopped in tonight. Food was great; we both had a steak dinner which was cooked perfectly and very tender and flavorful. Our server, Brian, was great. Very attentive. I was reminded how enjoyable it is to eat at Outback and we will return soon
