The greeter Kennedy was amazing! definitely the highlight for our visit. She also came back and made sure that I had the veterans Day menu as well as some other things.
The rest of the experience could have been better. The food was okay, but my main concern during this visit was the service. Our server, Rose, seemed rushed and inattentive. My request for no bacon on my baked potato was missed, and my steak came back pink even though I asked for it to be cooked well-well done. My refill drink also was highly watered down, and there was some conflicting information on gift cards between the servers. Despite these issues, I still left a tip of over 20% based on the total of what I paid.
Kennedy was the only bright spot this visit.☀️

I passed by, noticed the restaurant and made a u-turn. I decided to stop in for a late lunch. There was plenty of parking. The restrooms wereclean and stocked. The place was quiet, perhaps it was just after lunch but before dinner. I ordered one of the lunch specials. I added a salad. The bread was very good, warm and was served with soft butter, which l appreciated. The steak, which l ordered medium well, was well done and tuff. That was disappointing because usually their food is pretty good, however I will give them another try.

The food is very good and I wish I could give a 4.5 star (5, to me means nothing could be done better). It was fresh, flavorful. The hot food was hot and the cold food was chilled. My husband and I both had the three course meals. He had the sirloin and I had the grilled shrimp. My husband ordered medium but got medium rare. As soon as he mentioned it, our server offered to take it back. He had already started eating so he declined. Speed of service was perfect. Our server was the bar tender doing double duty, and he was very attentive. He came over frequently to see if we needed anything but he didn't hover. The restaurant was clean. Parking was good enough. We found a spot where we didn't have to walk too far. The ambience was perfect for us to sit and have a dinner conversation. There were TVs available for people to watch sports, but the volume wasn't intrusive. We will definitely return but will check the steak first.

This was my initial visit, and I was surprised to find the establishment quite empty for reasons unknown. The service we received was exceptional, and our waitress was outstanding. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and look forward to returning in the future. The service was truly commendable.

We ordered takeout tonight and it was so good! I arrived right at the end of my quoted time and the food had probably been ready for a bit... i was running behind and concerned it might not be the right temperature when i got home. Everything was perfect. The sirloin was a perfect medium (see photo of the leftovers) and the sides, apps, and dessert was all great. We loved the ribs, the coconut shrimp was great, and the seasoning on the bloomin onion combined with the tangy sauce is just right. Great comfort food meal. It was packaged well, the right temperature, and just all around a great meal! They threw in extra ranch dressing on request and the pick-up process was straightforward and smooth.
My only gripe is the price surprised me. I feel like this was a quality meal, no doubt, but for 2 large entrees, an add-on of shrimp, an appetizer, and a dessert, the total was $97 before tip. Each entree was about $30, the app was $13, the dessert was $10... adds up quick! The meal felt like a luxury both in performance and price. I think it was worth it, but for our family $100 for a dinner is a lot to dish out and we will reserve this for special occasions.
But for a special occasion, this Outback Steakhouse delivers in spades!
