We were there for my birthday dinner. Had a lot of fun and the food, the service and the ambience were all great. Ordered a ton of food and as usual the food came fast and service was excellent. Everything tasted great and was presented well. Short ribs, siu mai dumplings, crispy pork belly, and veggies in garlic sauce were great. Fried rice and lo mein were fresh and perfectly made. Baby bak Choi was the best for me (not my kids, they loved their short ribs, lol).

First dish came out was 11:50am, last 3 dim sums were 12:25pm after we asked servers couple time, I don’t know how could wait pre-made Dim sum for this long time. Besides that, the fried rice and salt pepper soft shell came out before all the Dim sums, I don’t know where this weird server order come from, main entrees/dinner dishes came out before dim sums. Also softshell were not fried enough before stir fry, they barely have batter covered. Fried rice was not bad, flavorful but not salty. Pan seared veg roll used to be my favorite, I always placed 2 orders since I really like it, but not this time, the quality was extremely low, loose fillings, big chunks of veggie inside instead of the small dice.

If you're looking for some really good Chinese food, MingHin is definitely one of my go-to spots, especially whenever I'm in the area. The fried rice is absolutely delicious, and the siomai is always a must-have for me. I've been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently good, the portions are great, and I always leave satisfied. I've been here so many times, and I still keep coming back for more. Highly recommend giving it a try! 😊

Review for MingHin Cuisine
⭐️⭐️
Visited yesterday 01/03/2026 for my birthday. My son and daughter treated me—party of three, bill over 100.00.
The food itself was fresh, well-prepared, and served hot, so credit where it’s due.
However, the service was unacceptable and completely overshadowed the experience.
We were never given plates and had to ask.
The Pepsi was clearly watered down—you could see it just by looking at the glass. I brought this to the waiter’s attention, and it was never replaced.
The worst issue happened with our leftovers. When I got home, I discovered the waiter had thrown all remaining food into couple mixed container:
Fried shrimp with meatballs dumped on top also
Shrimp fried rice mixed with extra white rice
Different dishes combined together, making the leftovers inedible.
This showed complete carelessness and disrespect, especially considering the cost of the meal and that this was a birthday celebration.
Good food does not excuse poor service. I expected much better handling, especially for a restaurant of this reputation.
Disappointed.
