The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and rich, flavorful toppings that made every bite memorable. Our server/Lisa was exceptional—patient, kind, and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for genuine Chicago-style pizza. There was a kitchen mistake that affected our meal but my guy Zachary helped us out and saved the night. Been coming to Lou’s for decades and I’m glad to see that I can still happily come back.
The pizza was fantastic as always by the way. Please put a restaurant in Seattle, we need the deep dish!

Very nice Lou Malnati’s pizzeria location right in downtown Naperville. Especially on a nice weather evening. They have a very nice area to sit outside. We were seated very quickly and the pizza and a bruschetta appetizer was delicious. Service was not the best. I think it was a very busy day because the weather was perfect and they may have been understaffed. Our server didn’t visit our table very often. But besides that overall a good experience.

I loved the location it was cute. Server was amazing and attentive even though it was a Togo order. I'm from Texas and wanted to try deep dish. I got a small Lou and was not very impressed. The dough had this off taste. And came out soggy. Was much better the next day heated in the oven. Considering it's there most popular pizza I was shocked at the lack of flavor. And I'm not sure the going price for pizza but $25 for a small that didn't "blow my skirt up" seemed a little outrageous. The service and cute environment is why I'm giving more stars. Also the salad my sister got was an amazingly good portion, but I wasn't I impressed with the quality of the veggies. There might be better options if you're going to spend this much

Pizzas are absolutely amazing! We were merely driving through Chicago on a long car ride and decided to fulfill a heartfelt request for a Lou Malnati's frozen pizza. We decided since we were stopping anyway to take our lunch break. Our visit couldn't have gone better! We were able to sit on a covered patio with a dog, too. It does take 30 minutes for the deep dish, but definitely worth your time, the calamari and salad servings were plenty enough to share. Perfect lunch!
