I hate to write this, because this was one of my favorite places since we moved to Naperville in 2019. We would go to their food truck at the mall, then they opened their restaurant on Washington, less than 10 mins from my house, and it was fantastic. I ordered a burrito almost weekly throughout my pregnancy in 2020. The food was SO good, and quite reasonably priced. We have gone there at least 1-2 times per month for years. UNFORTUNATELY, the quality and flavor has really fallen off a cliff, and the prices are almost unbelievable now.
We just ordered take out from there....$51 for 2 burritos (not the dinner), an order of chips/guacamole/salsa, and 2 Coca Colas. The food is awful. My steak burrito lacks that flavor that kept me coming back, and the steak is AWFUL (fatty, gristly, rubbery). My husband's pork burrito was also very disappointing. The chips, filling maybe 1/3 of a standard brown lunch bag, were very stale. I'm so frustrated and angry, this was such a waste of money ($51!!). I can confidently say that they lost some customers today.

Good food, good menu fast service, clean restaurant, nice people. Nothing fancy, just your typical rice & beans Mexican food, but high quality nonetheless. We got steak burrito dinners to go and they were quite tasty!

Update 9/29/2020: I drove by again, and they are open for business since Spring 2020. So happy to see this!
Update 6/12/2019: I drove by today, and they are still temporarily closed due to renovations/repairs. I live right behind this location, and will update this review when they re-open...I tell everybody about how delicious this place is!)

I was pleasantly surprised to happen upon this new Mexican/Southwest establishment, right next to my neighborhood.
The Burrito al Pastor (pork) was fantastic, not dry, very juicy, yet they toast the sides so that it does not drain juices—a nice touch. Very well made. The mole sauce, guac/chili blend and salsa verde were all fantastic. The food appeared to all be made to order which was impressive.
Most importantly, the customer service was very friendly and helpful in describing the menu, as I was a first-timer. Will and have recommended to friends and family!

I only tried one thing so far: an al pastor burrito, but it was stellar. The meat was flavorful, the roasted jalapeno was tasty, the three sauces (the usual green and red, plus a nice green crema-based sauce) were all great. The burrito was grilled and had great texture.
If you're looking for a fancy ambiance, this ain't it, but my Mexican-American friends tell me to avoid those kinds of Mexican restaurants anyway.
