Just like I remember! Decided to stop by for quick and easy food and nostalgia. They were quick to replace the buffet and when I saw they were taking out a good looking pizza but put it in the warmer, they offered me a slice! The desserts aren’t like I remember not as chewy and sweet but that’s probably just my memory. They were working to keep it clean and fun.

We had a good experience on our recent visit. They kept the pizzas coming out in rotation and the tables clean. Desserts were filled and the salad bar was fresh. They have a game area for the kiddos too. It's a reasonable price with a decent selection. My only complaint is that we didn't our 3.99 offer for signing up for rewards program (we got it for 5.99) but I'm sure we'll be back.

We visited this Cicis three times within roughly a month. The food was a good deal for the price, and the staff were always friendly. Unfortunately, the manager (likely the owner) made each visit increasingly uncomfortable.
On our first visit, he seemed irritated that we ordered more than one custom pizza. On our second visit, we avoided custom pizzas just to prevent another issue. On our third visit, nearly a month after the first, we ordered a custom pizza and tried to order a second. The manager stepped in again and said they only allow one custom pizza per table. I mentioned that we’d been to many Cicis locations in other states and had never heard of such a rule. He said it was a specific rule to this branch. I told him that was fine, but it would be our last visit. He didn’t seem to care.
We used to drive almost an hour from the north suburbs, but after dealing with the manager three times in a month, we now drive north to Ranch Pizza instead — where we’ve never had such an awkward or unpleasant experience.

I had low expectations because it’s pretty inexpensive and it exceeded my expectations for sure! There are some really good options for salads, pasta, soup, pizza and dessert, which is more than I expected for a $10 buffet. They also offered to make pizza requests, which was fun too! I was also impressed with the kind and friendly employees, which makes it a 5 star restaurant for sure. Really good price for some good food and amazing service!

First time at Cicis Pizza w/ my wife and sister for dinner today!
Upon entry we paid & the total came out to $43.98 for us three with drinks.
Decent ambiance of the pizza spot with an arcade on the other side for kids to play at.
If you and your family love pizza it is a good spot to visit.
