This chipotle is a disgrace. When I spent $30 on a burrito bowl and I get brown, almost black guacamole, and I pay extra for meat and there’s barely any meat and half of the steak is fat. I have a problem. And to top it off, the rice is crunchy like they soaked it in hot water or something. I have no idea how you screw this up. The last picture is what I left behind because I literally could not eat it.glorified overpriced fast food. I would have got better quality at Wendy’s. Sad.

Arrived at opening to avoid the line, but the kitchen wasn’t ready for another ~15 minutes. Once open, steak took an additional ~10 minutes. Food quality is good (4★), but service is inconsistent (2★)—toppings are often unavailable, especially during peak hours, and staff seem overextended. Atmosphere is crowded during busy times (3★). If efficiency and consistency matter, this location may frustrate you.

An employee by the name of Kaylee , makes an excellent bowl! Thank you for planning the perfect bowl for me, I requested you give me your best bowl and you did! The salsa’s amazing 😊 This location is particularly peaceful and pleasant.

Went there with a couple of my friends, only to be told that I cannot have a certain amount of cilantro and meat in my burrito, despite me being the one paying the price and not only that on top of it, it was my birthday that day and I was treated very poorly with attitude, and the tacos were very gross The meat was dry. It was like eating a car tire and the cilantro didn’t even taste fresh. Despite That Produce should be sold fresh and fresh only I know this because I have a food handling license possibly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I have seen an orangutan handle of food counter three Smirnoff bottles deep than what I’ve witnessed over there.

I just ordered a chicken bowl and I did added few items extra as was allowed when I placed the same order in the Chipotle App (without extra charges), and the manager who was making my order, in the middle of the order told me that now I have to pay for any ingredients I add, that was like crazy. If he would have said any extra ingredients, I would understand. But flatly asking the customer just take what you have and anything more is extra charge was something I didn’t expected. So, I asked for manager and he told me that I am the manager. So, I asked him let’s make a new order so I can get everhing I need. And for that he said he won’t make any more order for me!!
So, really not what I expected as service from this store. I have been here in the past and the reason I came back was fresh ingredients and excellent service by kind, caring and compassionate staff.
I hope all the best and hope they correct their mistake and learn from it.
