We were in the area after spending about three hours at the DuPage Children’s Museum, and by then we were starving. Luckily, this burger spot was only a block away. I was even more excited after finding out it had been nominated for one of the best burgers in Naperville—I’m always up for a great burger.
The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Naperville. Parking can be challenging, but we visited on a weekday between 2 and 3 p.m., so we were able to find a spot without much trouble.
When we walked in, we seated ourselves since there wasn’t a hostess. Although the restaurant looks small from the outside, the layout is well designed, so it never felt cramped. Our server was friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient. She was handling both serving and bartending duties with only one food runner helping, yet she still provided excellent customer service.
One thing I really appreciated was the ability to customize your burger by choosing your preferred protein and bun. My wife ordered the Cowboy Burger. It was good, but I definitely enjoyed my burger more. I went with the Diablo Burger, and it did not disappoint.
The 1/2-pound beef patty was cooked perfectly—juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The roasted jalapeños and sriracha sauce added just the right amount of heat, while the bacon and fried egg brought even more richness and texture. The toasted pretzel bun held everything together beautifully. Taking that first bite and watching the creamy egg yolk run down the burger made every bite even more satisfying.
My wife and I left very happy with our meal. Whenever we’re back in the Naperville area, we’ve already agreed that this place will definitely be on our list to visit again.

We order via food delivery service. I’m very gluten sensitive so I always check gluten-free allergy. The last time we ordered March 19,26 I stepped away from my phone. No message was left informing me of anything.. instead we got this note with my overpriced chicken sandwich w/ caramelized onions on a gluten-free bun. I’ve ordered gluten-free tater tots alone and also pay $2 up charge for tater tots on many occasions. We have never gotten a note like this before. It’s not just an inconvenience! It makes people who are gluten sensitive wonder why they feel so bad and try to pinpoint which food causes unpleasant symptoms? Due to the fact that Jackson Ave consistently forgets our sauces formerly allowed up to 3 sauces now we can only get 1 sauce? Uber Eats would only credit us back $1.54 for our missing Ketchup. My non gluten free husband loves BBQ flatbread & burgers from this restaurant. Going forward we will have to order directly with the restaurant and pick up so we can check our food at the restaurant which isn’t ideal since parking in Downtown Naperville is often difficult to find…

We stopped here on a Saturday for lunch. Our burgers and the hand cut fries were cooked to perfection. It’s a small place but it was packed and we still had great service. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time at the restaurant and they were soooooo amazing. I thought they closed at 10 but the kitchen closed at 9 and I felt awful ordering so close to kitchen closing but they absolutely still delivered. The staff were so accommodating and just really good people. The food was 10/10. I will most certainly be returning because there is more on the menu I NEED to try. Also the nachos are a must-try. I don't even really like pineapple but this was amazing. I truly enjoyed everything here. And the drinks were sublime a well. I had the Santa's mule and it was perfect.

Had to try Naperville’s best rated burger! Went Sunday afternoon about 5pm. Found parking out in front and found seats inside right away. The place was bustling with happy customers. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. The dip was delicious! Enough for 4 to share, and not get too full before the main course. I ordered the Bourbon Pear Burger, with a salad. The burger did not disappoint. Salad was great too. One person in our party said he always orders salad here, they are his favorite. There are several choices on how to have your burger served. From what I remember you can have a plain bun, wheat bun, pretzel roll, lettuce wrap, or even as a burger bowl. The menu offers several choices for burger toppings as well. They have other protein options on the menu, in case burgers are not your thing. Definitely a place I’ll have to dine at again!
