Beautiful presentation, welcoming atmosphere, and a far better overall experience than Le Macaron French Pastries. The pastries tasted fresh, properly balanced, and thoughtfully prepared. The macarons had the correct texture instead of tasting dry or stale, and the desserts felt authentic rather than mass-produced.
Having a French background, this passed the test!
Service was also noticeably warmer and more attentive. Definitely worth the visit if you’re looking for a quality French pastry shop in the area.

Through our wedding package at The Morton Arboretum, we received a cake from Le Chocolat du Bouchard - Bakery du Bouchard. We went with the almond cake and had a tier with strawberry jam and another tier with custard. It was absolutely delicious! We had many guests rave about the cake. It was a great experience working with the bakery manager at the cake tasting and talking through our cake design inspiration. I’m excited to order cakes from them in the future.

Delicious dessert selection and coffee as well! Staff were cheerful and helpful being very attentive and offering advice. The place is beautiful inside and the environment takes me back to my childhood! So vintage and clean with obvious updates.

The coziest bakery in Chicago burbs. Their Death by Chocolate slice is large enough for 3 people. They make the best creamiest hot chocolate ever.
The macaroons are soft with the right flavor in every bite. I also love their truffles.
They have an outdoor patio seating too for those lazy summer nights

We did order the cake for our reception and the sweets. Everything was delicious.
The Girl from the bakery,which was helping us via phone, had great customer service skill and she was very helpful.
