Celebrating our engagement here was a fantastic choice! The hospitality and service were truly exceptional from start to finish.
The food was largely a hit—the crab cake and crab stuffed avocado were absolutely top-notch, and the escargot was prepared perfectly. While the frog legs weren't personally our thing, the rest of the meal was excellent.
A huge thank you to the staff for the complimentary dessert to mark our celebration; it was such an awesome, thoughtful gesture. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I had an afternoon dinner reservation for Valentine’s Day - a very packed restaurant but that’s to be expected on a major holiday. The host was prompt to let us know that they were running behind and would text us as soon as our table was ready. Though crowded at the host stand, we were seated soon after the text came through. The food was delicious and excellent portions for almost all of the dishes. We shared goat cheese and bread for a starter. For our main, I had steamed crab legs with a side of sautéed mushrooms, and a Pear Blossom cocktail, while my husband had steak. For dessert we had crème brûlée and I had a glass of port. The only downside to the food was that the side of sautéed mushrooms was portioned as if for the table, so be warned! We were seated and finished our meal in under two hours and our server was very kind.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional (gave 4/5 stars because the busser was not attentive). Sea Bass was cooked to perfection with a slight Asian flair. Also ordered oysters and the clam chowder with my espresso martini and both of those were good. New York strip was tender and cooked medium and would definitely order again. Overall positive experience would recommend if you’re looking for good seafood in Naperville.

Staff was attentive and kind. Service was amazing from the entire wait staff. Wife and I's steaks were cooked to perfection and I cannot wait to return. The mixed drinks are smooth, sneakily strong and absolutely delicious.
10/10 service

Wanting to try Hugo's for a while & to discover they a Restaurant Week menu, it was the perfect way to sample a lot of their offerings! The Naperville location was a nice alternative to going into the city. Would definitely want to try more. Loved the frog legs, bread, scallops and filet medallions.
