This new manager, I believe her name is Sarah is better than the last manager.
Food is amazing & love the way they balance the pizza toppings!
Also shout out to Max for being an amazing delivery driver!

Poor quality food, service dismal and not on time. Placed order at 3 to be done by 5; arrived at 5, finally ready at 545. They are putting a 3.99% fee on top of credit and ATM transactions though I’m thinking not able to on debit cards per state law.

We are big Rosati’s fans and have ordered from several western suburb locations, so we’re super familiar with how this pizza normally tastes. Tried this location since we were in the area for regular family takeout thin crust pizza. To say this pizza was dripping with grease is an understatement. Could barely detect the sauce. Taste was also VERY different from other locations, and not in a good way. Would not recommend. Super unfortunate as this spot would be convenient for us.

Extremely overpriced for what you get the last time I ordered the pizza was covered in so much oregano. I could not even eat the pizza when I told the management that the pizza tasted horrible and my children wouldn’t even eat it. They said thank you for letting us know more like thank you for wasting my money? They should’ve at least remade the pizza
They lost a customer of over literally 15 years

I’ve been a regular Rosati’s customer for years, ordering at least twice a month, but this experience was by far the worst.
I placed an order for two thin crust pizzas and a coupon deal (pizza, wings, and a liter of soda for $39.99). The pizzas arrived 1.5 hours later (after being told it would be under an hour) and were thick crust, uncut instead of the standard thin crust I’ve always received.
The wings were another disaster. I requested bone-in (which the lady said she’d honor as a favor) and they arrived half-cooked, gooey, and literally swimming in Italian dressing. When I called to clarify, I was told that “Italian dressing” is their garlic Parmesan sauce – which is a stretch at best.
When I asked to speak to a manager (I believe her name was Sarah), she immediately got defensive. Instead of listening, she blamed me, saying Rosati’s has over 10 crust types and that I should have been “specific” about wanting traditional thin crust. I’m sorry, but when someone says “thin crust” at Rosati’s, that’s always been square-cut, traditional thin – not thick pan pizza.
Her “solution”? To note my account. No apology, no accountability – just an attitude. When I brought up the wings being undercooked, she snapped back that I was “complaining after she did me a favor” by honoring the coupon.
To top it off, she started the call by claiming this was my “first order” despite the fact that she greeted me by name when I placed it and I order regularly.
For the record: I wasn’t looking for a freebie. I tipped nearly half the bill upfront because I appreciate good service. What I expected was accountability and basic customer service, and I got neither.
After this experience, I checked their online reviews – and sure enough, they rarely go above 2 stars. Now I understand why. If this is the “management” representing Rosati’s, it’s no wonder.
