Wonderful Italian dining experience! We really enjoyed our visit to this Italian restaurant. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful—everything looked as good as it tasted. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. The service overall was good, I’d rate it 8 out of 10. This rating is not because of our waiter, who was excellent, but because of the experience at the front desk. The hostesses took a long time to seat us, even though we had a reservation. We were left waiting in the foyer for quite a while, and two or three different staff members came over separately to ask if we had a reservation—without actually showing us to our table. Aside from that, it was a lovely experience that we’d be happy to repeat!
My wife and I tried Vai's for the first time last night. We enjoyed everything. Excellent food, service, and vibe. Going back next week to celebrate our son's birthday. We had the aracini and gnocchi for starters. I had the spicy chicken pasta and she had the vodka pasta, plus the white chocolate cheesecake. It was all delicious.
Visited here for our anniversary, food was great and the service was even better. My favorite was the eggplant appetizer, very crispy with a delicious side salad. Pizza was fresh with a good cheese pull. Pasta was very well seasoned (better than some we had an Italy) with plenty of mushrooms and a crispy side bread. The server was amazing and at this end brought out a caramel dessert topped with a candle that made the evening memorable. Overall very pleased, price accurately reflects the quality, we will be back.
Hosted a baby shower at Vai’s yesterday and it was amazing. All of the guests absolutely loved the menu, the venue and the service. Working with Tara to plan the event was so easy. She always responded in a timely matter and I never worried that the day would be perfectly executed. Sandra, our day of coordinator, was wonderful. She went above and beyond helping us make our vision come to life. The timing of the event was flawless and Zach our server did an amazing job. I would highly recommend holding any event at Vai’s.
Wow wow wow. The food here is so flavorful and delicious. Ordered the spicy shrimp and the clam chowder for our appetizers. The chowder was the best I’ve had and spicy shrimp was dang good! We then ordered the short rib+rigatoni and the surf & turf special. The beef in the surf & turf was so tender and heavenly. The rigatoni was very good as well. The best part? The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Wow!! Heavenly. We will be back to try more delicious food. Our server was very attentive and atmosphere was homey and not too loud.
