Bombay Chopsticks
Chinese Food and Indian Cuisine for Chicago
Namaste! Taste the culinary vision of renowned chefs Jagmohan Jayara and Joti Jayara. A perfect place to meet clients and co-workers! Great family dining!
Bombay Chopsticks by India House is based on dishes that are very popular in India and are becoming very popular in Chicago! Start with a Vegetarian Spring Roll or Sweet Corn Soup. For an entrée, “Jagmohan’s Favorite”, Kung Pao Chicken, is a crowd pleaser at many Chinese restaurants in Chicago and it’s very special at Bombay Chopsticks. Vegetarian dishes like Vegetable balls in your choice of sauce (Manchurian sauce) and Chef’s special Tofu are very popular!
Our dishes are spiced to order and served with un-paralleled service!
We came here Saturday for buffet. There were a lot of choices of foods. However, there only two types of chicken. I tried both and they were a little bit dry but good flavor. I tried one that part of name has corn. But I can taste any corn and it was deep fried and crispy. I also tried the desert pani puri and tasted very special. Pani is the shell and puri is the sauce. I learned something new today. Again I did not see butter chicken today. It is my favorite Indian dish. I asked the waiter and he said they just didn’t have it today. He suggested we call ahead to as first. The service was very good. Overall, good experience and will come again.
This was one of my favorite restaurants I’ve tried so far. The waiter, Velroy was top tier. He was very helpful with explaining and helping us make the right choices. Everyone were extremely nice. I’m bringing all my friends next time.
So delicious! Our server Valent was great—amazing service. Every dish was tasty. Will definitely be back!
Today once more time we took the grandkids to this restaurant and the they ordered CAULIFLOWER MANCHURIAN DRY, Tandoori Chicken Full, BOMBAY CHOPSTICKS HAKKA NOODLES all mild and I ordered Naan and spicy Saag Paneer. Everything was fine but I felt that Saag Paneer was not as I had expected. I’m a fan of this item and had it at many Indian restaurants and am picky. Otherwise everything else was fine, service was very personal and perfect.
One of my family's favorite Indian restaurants relocated and we were left with no Indian spots for food for about a year until I saw this place while scrolling through Google. This place has the highest rating compared to the others so the only thing left to do is to see why. Sure enough this place is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The servers are attentive and the food are very good. We went during the lunch buffet and we are sooo happy we found our new Indian restaurant spot!
