I recently ordered the House Special Ho Fun and I was really surprised about how fresh and authentic this tasted. I also ordered the Orange Chicken and was also surprised about how well the sweetness and sourness from the sauce and orange tasted together. The chicken wasn’t too dry or too wet. I will definitely be coming back.

Did they switch owners or cooks? As soon as me and my wife had a bite of the orange chicken and me of my sesame chicken we both noticed the difference in flavor from what we're used to from yen ching in the past. They didn't know how to make sesame chicken spicy so they gave me cup with a some spicy like oil pesto. Other times when I ordered it it came spicy cooked into it with tai chilis in it.. not bashing it just want to know if they did change

This place is terrible. The food has absolutely zero flavor. We ordered $47 worth of food and it was all terrible. They didn't give us any sauces not even soy sauce. No fortune cookies, silverware, or napkins. Nothing. The person taking the order sounded like a child who wasn't sure what she was doing.

We get takeaway from Yen Ching ALL THE TIME, it’s our favorite Chinese restaurant!! Portion sizes are great & we usually have enough for two meals! The Salt & Pepper Eggplant is DELICIOUS, if you haven’t tried it, give it a shot!

On 11/22/2025 I ordered take out for delivery. Beef fried rice, chicken egg food young and general too chicken. First, I was charged extra for eggs in the fried rice. 2nd the egg food young was burnt up and the gravy was very heavy and lumpy. General tso chicken was not spicy as requested. It was about 15 minutes before closing when I called and spoke to the owner. She was argumentative and unpleasant stating that she ruched getting my order out. I told her that I would bring the food back next day. She offered no resolution. She then stated "IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE FOOD THEN ORDER ELSEWHERE " I've been patronizing this restaurant for a few years now. In my opinion it was the best chinese in the area. I spend almost $50.00 for this order with no refund or replacement. I will never patronize this restaurant ever again! This is not how I wanna be treated as a customer.
