Catch 35 truly hooked me with their incredible dishes! The bacon bao bun appetizer was a flavorful start, with crispy bacon and tender buns. The scallop & shrimp risotto was creamy and rich, with perfectly cooked seafood. And the caramel toffee cheesecake? Absolutely divine! Perfect combination of textures and flavors. Service was top-notch too. Can't wait to come back and cast my line again!

Had a great meal with friends. It was restaurant week in Naperville and the prix fixe menu was $49 and included a seafood gumbo starter, a salmon Wellington entree and a caramel cheesecake dessert. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the salmon Wellington was. It’s hard to cook a delicate fish perfectly inside a puff pastry but the chef at Catch 35 did it! Very delicious. The seafood gumbo was a little plain and the cheesecake wasn’t as creamy as it should’ve been, but our overall experience was great.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and my friend’s birthday and let’s just say I was not to impress with the food. I had the oysters which were the only thing that was good. I also ordered the sea bass which had a bland taste. More flavor would be nice. Lastly, I ordered a New York strip steak and I tasted no seasoning. Plus the waiter got the temp wrong. I told her no pink and sure enough there was pink. Now let’s get down to the service..hostess was pleasant and friendly, waiter not so much. Julie was nice however I mentioned it was my first time at the establishment and she could have been a-little more suggestive and gave the lay out of how the restaurant works. Like I had to ask for the sides. Nevertheless the ambiance is causal dining. It gives you that intimate vibe yet old fashioned. Overall it was good to experience for the one time. Would I recommend only if you like your food without seasoning and no flavor.

Visited "Catch 35" recently on a date and had a great time. The staff were very courteous, helpful and respectful. They explained things well, and made great recommendations. Hats off the the chef, the best cooked scallops I've ever had. All the dishes were delicious and my date loved it too. My only complaint would be the serving plates; they made the serving portions look small.

The place looks nice. Not so busy when we went. We were here on restaurant week special $49 with starter, entree and dessert. You have to request for bread wherein we did. Nothing special. For starters, i tried the seafood gumbo and so delicious. I could just eat this and be full. For the entree, i ordered the grilled pork chop. It is thick but tender and tasty. I am not a fan of the sauce on top since it is too sweet. I tried my friend’s atlantic salmon wellington, it is pretty good. It has the right crisp on the pastry and tasty salmon inside. My husband got the ribeye. I tried it and not really worth the price. I had better steak for a lower price on other resto and my hubby agrees. Our friends ordered the surf n turf, mixed grill and they said its good. For dessert i had the chocolate lava cake which is pretty good. Our server is great. Over all, I think the food is OK. A place to go on a special occasion.
